Tasks will initially include becoming an expert in the front end our Stok.ly software product, supporting the development team in testing new functionality and supporting our customers via phone and online training, in the use of our software.
You will be the first line of support for customers looking adopt Stok.ly or to learn more about our software. You will be the expert they turn to for help and support.
The roles and responsibilities of this role, include but are not limited to:
- Customer Support via phone, including interaction with Epos hardware such as printers and touchscreen terminals
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for the customer
- Delivering online training to customers in the use of our software
- Testing the software
- Work with the team to support customers, attending team meetings
A structured training program will be provided through the apprenticeship with the goal to develop the skills and experience to be employed full time as an Account Manager once the apprenticeship is completed.
