Duties and responsibilities will include:
Solving Staff and Students technical problems:
- Resetting passwords
- Active Directory user management
- Allocating access to resources using windows permissions
Classroom AV Assistance:
- Troubleshoot projector configuration
- Troubleshoot sound issues
Network Duties:
- Perform server maintenance under IT Support supervision
- Maintaining stock records for IT equipment
Network and Standalone Computers:
- Hardware fault diagnostics, repair and/or resolution
- Liaising with suppliers and field service engineers
Printers:
- Liaising with suppliers and field service engineers
- Changing print toner cartridges
Software:
- Troubleshooting and resolving software installation problems
- Software deployment
- Deploying operating systems using MDT
- Create OS deployment images in MDT under IT Support supervision
- Support user questions
Office 365 Services:
- User management
- Exchange online management
- MS Teams / Classroom management
- Azure AD management
- OneDrive management and assistance for staff/students
- Security and Compliance
