On Tuesday this week we welcomed another Great British employer to the UTC. The Army offer a wide range of careers and have a strong apprenticeship program that fits with the ambitions of a number of students. They treated our students to three different activities as part of this employer project; a careers talk, a range of team building activities, and a drill. Our students were able to develop a number of key employability skills including team work, leadership, discipline and communication and will continue to develop these skills throughout the future employer projects.
