SGS Pegasus school is a small, specialist school we currently have 93 students aged between 4-16, although we can have students up to the age of 19. For the right candidate, this will provide a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a school, to get to know every student and every member of staff, and to make a real difference to outcomes for young people.
We are looking for Receptionist to work 37 hours 5 days a week here at Pegasus School.
SGS Pegasus School are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to join our team. You will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing phones and emails, management of the MIS system, Single Central Records, scheduling appointments and planning administrative tasks associated to meetings and Annual Reviews.
For this position, you should be able to use your organisational skills to help with the daily tasks. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ultimately, you should be able to support our Headteacher ensuring our day-to-day office operations run smoothly. You will need to have excellent communication and organisation skills, as outlined in the job description. You will be expected to promote and secure high standards of of administrative support. This position will suit somebody with a cheerful outlook.

Full Time Equivalent Salary: £23,019
Actual Salary: £19,976.02
(Salary is dependent on level of qualification and experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, full time
Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only (this can be flexible for the right candidate)
