Actual Salary Range: Up to £28,190.43 per annum
*Based on Contract Type & Hours
(Salary is dependent on level of qualification and experience)
Term Time Only Contracts will occur a salary adjustment if the start date is after 1st September
Contract Type: Fixed term, Term time only, Full time
Hours: 37 hours per week / 44 weeks per year
Opened in 2017, SGS Berkeley Green UTC is a small, specialist technology college helping young people realise their future ambitions to work in a STEM-related field. Our students, aged 14 – 19, specialise in either engineering, digital technologies or cyber-security, and enjoy a curriculum that has employability at its very heart.
Based near the Gloucestershire town of Berkeley, on the beautiful banks of the River Severn, students have access to state-of-the art, industry-standard facilities and equipment. Our teachers are experts in their disciplines and we work closely with our employer and university partners.

- Develop relationships with industry partners to support all aspects of the curriculum
- Lead our progression and careers provision
- Co-ordinate programmes to help students realise future career ambitions
- Be responsible for organising events, managing projects and contributing to curriculum delivery
- Co-ordinate our work-experience programme
You will be a team player; well-organised and highly motivated; confident, articulate, with strong presentation skills; and passionate about improving the life chances of young people. You are likely to have a background in CEIAG, education or in a STEM-related industry.
