Plus a TLR of £2,799.00
(Salary is dependent on level of qualification and experience)

Hours: 37 hours per week
SGS Berkeley Green UTC opened in September 2017 with outstanding facilities, in a state-of-the-art building. We provide specialist, high quality technical and academic education for 14-19 students with a strong interest in Engineering and Digital Technologies including Cyber Security. We are looking to appoint a dynamic and ambitious Lead Teacher of Science. As a relatively new school, this is a time of exciting growth and change. The Lead Teacher role will enable you to help shape our future direction and will provide excellent career development. You will oversee a small but dedicated team and contribute to all aspects of school life. Our facilities are truly fantastic and our students really want to be here. STEM is at the heart of all we do.
The successful candidate will have the ability to teach all Sciences at GCSE and may contribute to A Level or Level 3 BTEC teaching. The profile of the successful candidate will in part determine the courses they teach, and the structure of their timetable.

- A proven level of excellence in the classroom at KS4 and KS5;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
