Salary Range: Up to £12,432.29 pro rata per annum (Based on Full-Time Equivalent range of up to £19,578)
(Salary is dependent on level of qualification and experience)
Term Time Only Contracts will occur a salary adjustment if the start date is after 1st September
Contract Type: Term-Time Only & Fixed-Term until 31 August 2022
Hours: 27.5 hours per week & 39 weeks per year

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Focus on improving the reading, literacy and numeracy of students to age appropriate levels
- Help students to develop organisational skills and become more effective, independent learners
- Maintain awareness of student’s individual needs and appropriate strategies for addressing them
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
- Dedicated & highly effective in supporting SEND students
- Learning Mentor Level 2 or Level 3 qualified
- Ability to respond to individual needs by modifying and adapting strategies and resources
