Salary: SGSAT Pay Scale (£26,001 – £41,610) depending upon experience

SGS Berkeley Green UTC opened in September 2017 with outstanding facilities, in a state-of-the-art building. We provide specialist, high quality technical and academic education for 14-19 students with a strong interest in Engineering and Digital Technologies including Cyber Security. We are committed to developing our students into the Engineers and Digital Technology experts of tomorrow by working closely with our employer partners to deliver an exciting and industry relevant curriculum.
We are looking to appoint an inspiring and engaging Computer Science & Cyber/Digital Teacher to join our Team. Our current curriculum includes:
- A Level Computer Science
- GCSE Computer Science
- BTEC Level 2 Digital Information Technology
- BTEC Level 2 Creative Media Production
- Cambridge Technicals Level 3 in IT
- BTEC Level 3 Computing (cyber-focused pathway)
- BTEC Level 3 Esports
A TLR as Head of the Digital Faculty may be available to a suitably qualified candidate.

The timetable of the successful candidate will be matched to their areas of experience or expertise but you should expect to teach key-stage 4 and 5. In addition, there is the opportunity to be involved in wider initiatives including the NCSC Cyber Schools Hub and the UTC Cyber Group.
